Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi Meets Religious Affairs
Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC), called on the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, in Islamabad to discuss upcoming religious initiatives and operational arrangements.
During the meeting, both leaders engaged in detailed discussions regarding the management of Hajj arrangements, preparations for the upcoming International Seerat Conference, and strategic steps to foster interfaith and intra-faith harmony across the country.

Highlighting the importance of the conference, Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi emphasized that the International Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference will serve as a key platform to formulate a comprehensive roadmap. He noted that this roadmap aims to guide the youth and address the modern social and spiritual challenges faced by the younger generation.
Federal Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf commended the constructive role played by religious organizations and scholars in promoting peace, national cohesion, and mutual tolerance. He reiterated the government’s commitment to ensuring smooth Hajj operations and enhancing interfaith unity in the nation.
